Our services? We provide commercial property and asset management, sales and leasing services. Our market share is a distribution of medical office buildings, general office buildings, retail centers, industrial/flex buildings and raw land sales.

History
GPE was established in 1973 as "Greater Phoenix Building Maintenance." The family-run company began carving a niche in the commercial real estate market by providing janitorial and maintenance services.
Operations expanded the years that followed. The company changed its name to "Greater Phoenix Enterprises" to reflect the growing number of services. Clients relied on the company to provide both property management and representation.
Greater Phoenix Enterprises began collecting key people and resources. In 1988, the principals, in a visionary decision at the time, committed to developing an elite team of healthcare representatives. It was not only a good decision for the business, but a decision that contributed experience and resources to the development of healthcare-related real estate. Contributions that are still in use today.
We are now "GPE Companies" – the collective name for GPE Commercial Advisors and GPE Management Services.
GPE Commercial Advisors keeps buildings occupied. The team of experienced agents and staff handle sales and leasing for professional office, medical office, retail, industrial and land properties.
GPE Management Services keeps building occupants happy. The team of licensed professionals, accountants, engineers and staff keep buildings running smoothly.
Collectively, we manage and represent over 10 million square feet of space. Our clients range from individuals in search of space to publicly traded corporations. To date, we have exceeded $1.25 billion in successful transactions.
