Dave Sampson joined GPE Commercial Advisors as an Associate Vice President in August 2009. For the past six years, Dave has honed his commercial real estate skills in Arizona, serving both institutional and private clients in their commercial investment needs. His prior professional positions were held at the Valley commercial real estate firm of Rein & Grossoehme, and the national firm of Transwestern Commercial Services.

Dedicated to providing the highest level of expertise and knowledge to his clients, Dave is currently seeking his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the prestigious Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is also completing his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Urban Planning and Business. Dave selected the interdisciplinary studies with his clients in mind. They represent the macro and micro perspectives of the market, giving Dave a comprehensive knowledge base in assisting clients with their real estate needs.
