Paul specializes in: Land Sales Seller Representation Buyer Representation

Paul Vanderveen spent the past 13 years in commercial real estate honing his skills in all aspects of acquisition and development. Paul’s professional path in project management began in Spokane, Washington, where he worked with developers and builders as a New Construction Specialist for a local real estate development firm before accepting a leadership position as vice-president in charge of home building for a residential construction company. His next job as vice-president of Attesa Corporation brought him to Arizona in 2001. During his time with the company, Paul was responsible for overseeing the acquisition and development of commercial projects such as hotels, retail and office space. He guided all of the day-to-day project development activities including managing budgets and contractors, securing municipal and utility approvals, negotiating tenant terms and creating and recording CC&R for specific properties.

Prior to joining GPE in 2008, Paul provided land development and project management consulting through his own company, FORMEL LLC, and currently manages projects for TriVest International Denny’s Brand Growth Inc. As part of GPE, Paul brings this same keen eye for detail, highly effective communication skills and the ability to translate a client’s vision into a productive end result.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Whitworth College, Spokane, Washington. His passion for real estate is passed only by his devotion to his wife and three children.
