Tracey Galligan joined GPE in 2009 and brings seven years of real estate expertise as well as professional real estate credentials in both California and Arizona. The broker’s invaluable experience in mortgage lending gives her the ability to understand each side of the transaction, anticipate challenges and provide adept negotiating for her clients.

An Arizona native and University of Arizona graduate, Tracey maintained strong community ties within the Phoenix community while working in the San Diego real estate market for several years. She has recently returned to Arizona to settle permanently, and continues to works with clients in both states.

Tracey is involved with Valley Partnerships and is a member of the University of Arizona Alumni Association.
