Trisha A. Talbot, CCIM is an experienced commercial real estate office broker specializing in medical office sales and leasing. As a founding member of the Healthcare Investment Group at GPE Commercial Advisors, Trisha creates long-standing relationships with healthcare providers, healthcare organizations, medical office developers and landlords both at a local and national level. Advising clients on both sides of the negotiation table, Trisha has earned a reputation for savvy negotiations of medical office leases and investments. Trisha continues to strengthen her client relationships by providing her clients with relevant and timely market knowledge, raising their awareness of current investment trends, and increasing their ability to respond effectively to market fluctuations. Clients respect and appreciate her honest and transparent communication in successfully closing win-win transactions.

Trisha joined GPE Commercial Advisors in 2004 and quickly established relationships in the market that secured an assignment for an on-campus MOB that she is still leasing today. She quickly continued to further her real estate qualifications and in 2004 received her broker’s license and in 2007 received her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Trisha holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and earned her MBA from the William P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Trisha and her husband are the proud parents of two wonderful children and together enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational activities, travel, and community service.
