Brooke Askew-Rossi plays an integral role at GPE Companies as Director of Business Development for the firm’s commercial real estate and property management services. With 15 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate market, Brooke is responsible for identifying and evaluating business opportunities for GPE and its clients. Before joining the company in 2007, Brooke spent 11 years in property management with an emphasis on associations. Her professional affiliations include BOMA, where she is currently on the Presentations & Speakers Committee, Turnaround Management Association, Business Clubs America, NAIOP and the Membership Committee of Valley Partnership.

Brooke is a graduate of California State University, Chico, a member of Sigma Kappa & Sigma Kappa Alumni Organization, and served as Alumni Advisor for Sigma Kappa at Michigan State University. She also enjoys an active family life with her husband and three daughters, and spends her free time pursuing her passion for yoga.
