He serves as President of the companies and Designated Broker for the property management division. Under David’s capable leadership, GPE has assisted in real estate sales and leasing transactions of over $800 million in the past ten years alone and oversees over 9 million square feet of medical and commercial office space metro Phoenix and throughout Arizona.

David holds a business degree from Arizona State University and is a certified real estate paralegal. Community involvement is vitally important to David. He is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), BCA, Valley Partnership, TMA, and proudly supports the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce as well as the Scottsdale Sister Cities program. He is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys cycling, golf and sailing his boat in San Diego.
