Mark Carrell serves as Senior Property Manager for GPE Management Services. His responsibilities include day-to-day management and operations of GPE's commercial portfolio along with aiding the future growth of the company's property management division.

Mark has been providing his management expertise in office, retail, industrial, medical office, back-office and special use properties in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix Area for 33 years. He also has more than two decades of experience in property redevelopment. Mark's substantial cross-departmental knowledge of accounting, legal issues, finance, construction and engineering have made him an effective agent in the management of multi-property portfolios for REITS, pension funds and private ownerships.

Before joining GPE Management Services, Mark held executive level positions at Roskamp Arizona Realty, Opus Corporation and The Plaza Companies. Mark holds CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designations and served for 19 years on the Board of Directors for the Arizona chapter of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). He earned his bachelor's degree at Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing an MBA.
