Our research process is thorough. Using eight unique sources for information, we query as much information as available.

We review and refine the results. Making sure that only the most reliable and up-to-date information remains.

When we are certain the information is a fair representation of the market, we go to work developing strategies that make the best use of the trends. In the end, clients receive reliable information with our recommendations.

Marketing

We are aggressive marketers. Our mix of traditional and innovative strategies provide results—in any market.

Property signs, advertisements, direct mail, broker email distributions, flyers and cold calling are our core traditional methods of promotion.

Each property is also promoted on our website and cross listed with CoStar, LoopNet and MLS–leading sources for both public and private promotion. Additionally, we post properties to other listing sites such as Craigslist.

In conjunction, we employ a variety proprietary efforts. We position properties for optimal search engine results (SEO). Results are monitored closely and strategies are adjusted as trends change.

Resources

As part of the services we offer, GPE bundles resources that would otherwise be unavailable to prospective owners, buyers, and tenants.

A few of our sources are:

  • CoStar – a leading provider of information, marketing and analytic services;
  • LoopNet – the largest online commercial real estate listing service;
  • Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) – known for its extensive use in residential markets is also a emerging resource for commercial real estate;
  • Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) – besides setting standards and ethics in commercial real estate, BOMA is a reliable source of commercial information.
