Improvements to the new space have already begun with completion scheduled for late September 2011. The floor plan includes multiple conference rooms, private offices for property managers and executive brokers, agent center, accounting, on-site IT, marketing, broker assistants, and support staff. “We’ve expanded our space to accommodate growth,” David adds. “In the near future, we will bring on more agents and expanded services. It is perfect timing as the market recovers.”
