If it is expired or does not meet the requirements, ask your insurance agent or insurance carrier to provide a current Certificate of Insurance evidencing coverage as required under the terms of your lease to GPE Management Services. The Certificate of Insurance should also name the required Additional Insureds. The insurance carrier should automatically send a new Certificate of Insurance each year to the Property Management Company and they must notify the Management Company if the insurance is cancelled for any reason. Your help to keep the Certificates up to date and in compliance with your lease will be greatly appreciated.
