(480) 303-1258 is the telephone number for GPE Management Services’ 24 hour answering service for tenant maintenance and emergency needs.  GPE Management Services takes great pride in responding quickly and efficiently to tenant service calls and here is how our system works:

When a tenant has a maintenance issue that the landlord is obligated by lease to take care of, the designated tenant representative has only to call (480) 303-1258 and a trained operator will take down the information about the maintenance issue.   This information will then be phoned to the building engineer or property manager or assistant property manager assigned to that particular property depending on who is available for follow up at the time the call is received.  At 8:00 each weekday morning an email copy of the previous day’s calls is sent to the property manager with a copy to the building engineer and the assistant property manager to insure that the call has been returned to the tenant or that action is either under way or completed .

In the event of an after hours emergency, the tenant can call the same 24 hour telephone number (480) 303-1258.  GPE has three people on call for each property at all times: the building engineer, the property manager and a third staff person who is familiar with the property.  The answering service has instructions to make sure they make live contact with one of those people so the emergency can be taken care of immediately.

In our effort to constantly improve our tenant services GPE Management Services is also in the process of testing a new web based mobile telephone system that will allow a tenant to email non-emergency calls directly to the building staff.
