Just like with our sister company GPE Commercial Advisors’ newsletter “GPE Connect” Property Perspectives will provide up-to-date news, trends and events that impact commercial properties, landlords, tenants, vendors and property management firms. Some of the content will be what is researched from news and public sources and other articles will be written by GPE’s staff who are in the trenches every day and provide an invaluable insight into this exciting sector of the commercial real estate market. Initially, we will be distributing Property Perspectives on a quarterly basis to over 500 industry professionals with the goal of eventually going to a monthly production schedule.
