For 35 years, the names Greater Phoenix Enterprises, Inc. (GPE) and its founder, Ron Genovese, have been synonymous with experience, stability and market share leader in the sales, leasing and management of commercial real estate in the Phoenix metropolitan area. As Designated Broker of the company’s newest entity, GPE Commercial Advisors, Ron advises the team of brokers with his vast knowledge of the local market and unparalleled expertise in the healthcare sector. 

During Ron’s three and a half decades at the helm of GPE, the brokerage has managed the acquisition and development of millions of square feet of medical and commercial space and transacted almost $1,000,000,000 in real estate sales. In his new role with GPE Commercial Advisors, Ron provides responsive and experienced leadership of all duties related to running a commercial real estate brokerage including sales meetings, compliance issues, contract review, personnel issues, brokering and marketing assistance.

Ron is currently a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and a former member of The Institute of International Real Estate. Committed to the community’s cultural and civic success, he has served as the President of Scottsdale Sister Cities, and supported the Center Against Sexual Abuse (CASA) and the City of Glendale, Arizona, by generously providing the building that today houses both CASA and the Glendale Police Department.

Ron and his wife of 45 years, Janet, have two sons, David, President of GPE Commercial Advisors, and Scott, Chief Financial Officer of GPE Commercial Advisors.
