Maintenance

GPE employes full-time maintenance engineers to handle most maintenace concerns for the buildings. They are experienced with commercial properties and extend GPE's professionalism.

Because the engineers are a permanent part of our staff, their work becomes part of our knowledge-base – critical to the tracking of on-going maintenance that help identify underlying concerns for buildings. It's an arrangement that reduces costs for building maintenance now and in the future.
